Cancellation, Return and Replacement:

Do you offer replacement?

Yes, we do offer replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong product dispatched
  2. Defective or damaged product

The replacement has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: We may ask you to provide us with all necessary proofs, if required, for authenticity and verification of purchase and complaint.

Do you accept product return if the box is open?

Returns are only accepted in the event a replacement has been requested and initiated from your end conditions for which are mentioned above.

How do I inform Ideal Power Tools for return/replacement or damaged product?

Ideal Power Tools and its logistic partners take due care in delivering the product(s) in the best condition, however in the rare occasion of damaged goods being received or any discrepancies with the products received, you can reach out to us at info@idealpowertools.com and +971-543077609 within 7 days of receiving the order, to resolve your issue. Can I cancel the order?

Any order placed through the Website for availing any of the Services offered by the Website can be cancelled by the Company prior to shipping for reasonable reasons such as unserviceable pin code, etc.

Upon any cancellation of the Order, the refund shall be processed in accordance with these Terms and any such policy of the Company. Such amount shall be refunded back to your bank account or to any such medium, which was used for the particular transaction.

Can Ideal Power Tools cancel the order?

Ideal Power Tools can cancel the order for various reasons such as:

1.      Product out-of-stock

2.      Area for delivery not serviceable

3.      Incomplete address

4.      Other reasons based on Ideal Power Tools’ business discretion

If I requested for a replacement, when will I get it?

If accepted and the order put for replacement is returned successfully and checked, we will initiate the replacement order from our end. You can track your replacement order status using your order page. You will also be updated regularly using different channels like whatsapp and/or email.

If I have ordered many items, can I return/replace one or more items or do I have to return/replace the entire order?

Return/Replacement of an entire order is not compulsory in this case. You can return one or many items in your order.

What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return policy period?

Most Ideal products can be easily repaired if there is a reasonable wear and tear due to proper and regular use. We offer a 6-month warranty at our store in Deira. You may get in touch with our customer service and we will be able to guide you on how you can avail these services.

Refund:

When are Refunds provided?

There are NO refunds provided for any successful transaction that can be fulfilled. However, refunds may be provided as per the Cancellation and Replacement Policy.

We ensure buyer protection and your money is safe. We initiate the refund process as soon as we receive your refund details.

Why have I still not received the refund to my bank account?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Sometimes financial organisations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

I paid the amount upfront while purchasing product from Ideal Power Tools, how do I get the refund?

Your payment is secured. In case of prepaid orders (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account that you had made payment from within 7-10 working days.
